Down To Host Terms of Service (TOS)

User Agreement:

All users of Down To Host's services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Down To Host and the User, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

1. Respect and Abuse of Down To Host Staff or Support Personnel:

Down To Host prides itself on delivering excellent customer service. We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return. If you engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or address them in a demeaning manner, your account may be suspended. In the case of service termination due to abusive conduct your service will be terminated immediately.

2. Usage Policy:

Prohibited activities on which service will be terminated include, but are not limited to:

• Adult content (including pornography)
• Online gambling
• Spam or unsolicited emails
• Warez, cracks, or copyright infringement
• Misconduct toward Down To Host’s support team
• SMM Panel

3. Support Availability:

• Live Chat and Phone Support are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06), Sunday-Thursday.
• Ticket Reply Hours 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM(BST UTC+06), Sunday-Thursday.
• Server Administrators are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST UTC+06). Sunday-Thursday.
• We provide full online support. Office support is unavailable.
• During non-operational hours, support tickets can be submitted.

4. Disclaimer:

Web Hosting: If you purchase the JetBackup service, you may choose from weekly, daily, or monthly backup options. However, while Down To Host takes steps to ensure data safety with 99.99% reliability, users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups. Down To Host is not liable for any data loss.

5. Server Abuse:

Any attempt to undermine or harm Down To Host’s servers or other customers is strictly prohibited.

6. Inodes (File) Limit:

All hosting plans have an inode limit; users must stay within these limits to avoid service interruptions. Redistributing content from Down To Host is prohibited unless the content is specifically intended for redistribution."

7. Abuse of Unlimited Traffic and Storage:

If your hosting plan offers unlimited traffic or storage, it is intended for serving web content, not as an offsite storage solution. The following practices are prohibited:

• Websites with excessive unlinked files
• Sites hosting primarily downloadable files or archives
• Sites using more than 50% of their bandwidth for file transfers

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or cancellation.

8. Acceptable Use Policy:

All services provided by Down To Host must be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, or presentation of any information that violates federal, state, or local laws is prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, obscene content, or material protected by trade secrets. Violations will lead to suspension of service. Down To Host reserves the right to determine what content is acceptable on its servers and may terminate services for any content that it deems inappropriate.

9. Commercial Advertisements and Spam:

Unsolicited commercial advertisements are prohibited and may result in account suspension or cancellation. "Spamming" through newsgroups or email is strictly forbidden.

10. Hosting Abuse Suspension:

The following actions will result in immediate suspension:

• Sending bulk emails from the website or webmail
• Excessive use of server resources
• Violation of international law or ICT regulations
• Violation of the Fair Usage Policy

11. Account Payments:

Payment terms are as follows:

• If payment is unpaid the service will be suspended within 24 hours.
• After 15 days of non-payment, accounts will be terminated.

12. Refund Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact our support team to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted from the account holder’s registered email address. Phone requests will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

13. Service Fair Usage Policy:

Any violation of the Fair Usage Policy may result in suspension or termination of services.

Down To Host reserves the right to take action against users who violate these terms, including legal action for hosting illegal content, hacking, or distributing fake news. Any content relating to hacking, adult material, or illegal activities will result in immediate suspension and possible termination under applicable laws.
